Little Suamico, WI – December 12, 2012 – Human Resources Consulting is a rapidly growing Management Consulting firm serving primarily small to mid-sized companies in the Upper Midwest with their unique Human Resources needs. The company was founded by Diane Biersteker in January 2011 after a successful executive career spanning over 30 years in private industry. Typical clients served by Biersteker and her team are those without a full time dedicated HR professional staff, but in need of occasional or ongoing HR support on an Ad Hoc basis. They provide the full range of HR services including HR Audits, legal compliance, administrative policies & procedures, recruiting, supervisory & management training, employee handbooks, compensation surveys, performance management programs, and independent review of disciplinary matters up to and including termination. Continued growth and expansion of the client base served has resulted in the hiring of Karen Urban-Dickson to the position of Senior Consultant/Recruiter.
Karen Urban-Dickson has thirteen years of Human Resource experience in private industry. Most recently, she serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at a nationwide, multiple location manufacturer. She has a M.S. in Educational Psychology and a BS in Psychology. Previously, Karen worked in career education in the university setting and for the School-To-Work program. Karen excels in matching qualified professional candidates that fit your company’s culture. She also has significant experience in management training, implementation of best practices and in handling difficult employee situations.
