Heartland Farm Sanctuary: First One Square Fun Run taking place on the Capitol Square

January 19, 2012. Madison, WI – Heartland Farm Sanctuary’s first One Square Fun Run is taking place on Saturday, February 11. This lighthearted event includes a single lap around the Capitol Square, followed by a complimentary lunch, mingling and fun at the Madison Children’s Museum.

Orange Shoe Personal Fitness will hold a group stretching session prior to the run.

Running is not required. The lap is optional and can be completed at one’s own pace. There will be water stations at each corner, accentuating the jovial nature of the “run”.

Several of Heartland Farm Sanctuary’s friendly animals will be outside the Madison Children’s Museum to greet participants.

Each participant in the One Square Fun Run will receive:

* Complimentary access to the Madison Children’s Museum the entire day ($7.95 value).

* Runners’ packet of coupons, gifts, etc. donated by the local business community.

* Lunch provided by Subway on the Square ($6.25 value)

* One (1) raffle ticket (more can be purchased onsite, day of event) for prizes donated by downtown businesses.
