Habush Habush & Rottier attorney honored as an “Up and Coming Lawyer”

WAUSAU – Attorney Peter M. Young, an associate working out of Habush Habush & Rottier’s Rhinelander, Steven’s Point and Wausau offices, has been named one of the “Up and Coming Lawyers” of 2012 by the Wisconsin Law Journal. The award recognizes the best and brightest of Wisconsin’s newest attorneys.

Young was chosen for the award based on his legal talent and passion for the law. Young began his career at Habush Habush & Rottier while he was still in law school, serving as a clerk. Upon his graduation from law school, the firm added him to their team as a full-time attorney. Young is one of a select few that the firm has hired directly out of law school.

“Peter’s talent, passion and dedication are apparent in his work,” said Dan Rottier, president of Habush Habush & Rottier. “We are very proud of Peter for earning this honor as one of Wisconsin’s most promising attorneys.”

Young received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2009. Young is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Forest County Potawatomi Tribal Bar, and the Wisconsin Association for Justice and serves as secretary of the Oneida-Vilas-Forest County Bar Association.
