Milwaukee, WI (April 23, 2012) –Greenfire Management Services, LLC (GMS) has announced that experienced building professionals Matt Cool and Oliver Miotke have joined the construction management firm in superintendent roles.
Cool, appointed as a Senior Superintendent, brings more than 15 years experience in the Midwest area, along with degree in Construction Management from University of Cincinnati. He will oversee the ongoing construction at the Concordia Trust Properties and the new construction of the Data Holdings, LLC, Data Center.
Miotke joins as a General Superintendent, also with 15 years experience. He will oversee the development of the Pow Wow Grounds and renovations to the Potawatomi Carter Casino Hotel in Crandon and Carter, Wisconsin.
