MILWAUKEE (Jan. 5, 2012) — Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is pleased to announce the election of Christopher M. Cahlamer and Jennifer Peterson Wolff as the firm’s newest shareholders, effective immediately.

Cahlamer is a member of the Securities Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office and has been with the firm since 2003. He focuses his practice on securities and investment management law, specifically investment companies, investment advisers, new product development, SEC compliance and reporting obligations, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and fiduciary issues. Cahlamer graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee and earned his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis.

Wolff is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office and has been with the firm since 2002. She focuses her practice on secured lending and other commercial financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Wolff graduated from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, N.D.
