FulfillNet: As business grows, so does FulfillNet

Double-digit growth leads to new management structure

(Green Bay, WI) FulfillNet, Inc, an international provider of custom fulfillment services and marketing support programs, has seen double digit growth in each of the last two years.

“It’s been an exciting time for us,” explained Kate Burgess, President and owner of FulfillNet, which is headquartered in Green Bay, WI. “Thanks to the expansion of work with existing customers and the addition of several new clients, including TaylorMade-adidas Golf Company and the Green Bay Packers, our sales grew by 14 percent in 2010 and by 23 percent in 2011.”

“As we grew, it made sense to look at reorganizing our management structure so we can continue to provide excellent customer service while encouraging the development of new products and services,” Burgess said. As a result, Burgess will now become CEO of FulfillNet and David Coe has been hired as the firm’s new president.

Coe is a strategic information technology executive with significant experience in business acquisition, organizational transformation and global team development. Among his recent leadership positions, he was Vice President of eBusiness and Chief Information Officer at Alta Resources in Neenah, WI. Coe is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire.

Coe will oversee daily operations and work directly with FulfillNet’s leadership team. He will also help lead strategic growth initiatives. “David brings incredible experience to our team, which will help us move into an even wider marketplace,” Burgess said.

“This past year I had the opportunity to work with FulfillNet as a consultant so I am very familiar with them,” Coe said. “FulfillNet has innovative technology, strong client relationships and an enthusiastic team that deeply cares for its clients. I see these as a great foundation from which we can expand our services and create business growth.”

In her new role with the company, Burgess will focus on building FulfillNet’s vision and mission over the next several months and the implementation of a 3 – 5 year plan. No other workforce changes are anticipated. “We need to position the firm for the future, and with these management changes, we are ready to go,” Burgess added.
