WHAT:
The Fox-Wisconsin Heritage Parkway (FWHP) will hold a series of public input meetings between Saturday, February 11 and Thursday, February 16 at seven communities located within the Parkway region at Prairie du Chien, Arena, Merrimac, Montello, Fond du Lac and Green Bay.
The purpose of these meetings is to gather feedback and information on how the FWHP can work with these communities to develop their heritage, cultural and recreational assets to stimulate economic development and tourism within the Parkway region.
Information gathered in these meetings will be used to develop an Economic Impact Study, currently underway. This study will determine specific economic priorities and strategies of the FWHP for the next five years. It is also required to obtain a National Heritage Area designation through the National Park Service.

Any municipalities, organizations, businesses or individuals interested in participating in this study or learning more about the FWHP are encouraged to attend.
