MADISON, WI, April 11, 2012 – First Business Bank announced today that Rick Nelson has been promoted to Commercial Lending Associate. First Business Bank is part of First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:FBIZ).

Rick joined First Business in 2007. He has worked in both the credit and lending departments, focusing on commercial and industrial clients, and owner-occupied real estate transactions. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Rick was born and raised in Madison and is very active in the community, serving on the New Accounts team & Rosenberry Society for the United Way of Dane County, and participating in numerous volunteer and fundraising projects in the area.
