Dexter’s Pub supports Breast Cancer Recovery with a beer tasting and chocolate competition on Sunday, February 12 from noon to 4:00 PM. at Dexter’s Pub, located at 301 North Street in Madison. Enjoy sampling of beers from over 19 local breweries, distilleries wineries.

A $20 dollar donation is requested at the door, and guests must be ages 21 or older to attend. Guests receive a commemorative glass. Bring a chocolate creation to enter in the Chocolate Competition – and admission is only $15! Awards will be given by a group of celebrity judges and by popular vote.

All proceeds benefit Breast Cancer Recovery. Four previous beer tastings have generated almost $12,000 for the organization. Breast Cancer Recovery sponsors recovery programs for women after breast cancer. Founded in 1997 by Ann Haney, Breast Cancer Recovery’s flagship program, Infinite Boundaries, is a four day wellness retreat for breast cancer survivors. Seven retreats will be held this year in scenic, relaxing settings in Eagle River, Wisconsin Dells, Madeline Island and Door County.
