MADISON, WI – Shana Lewis, an attorney with Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. in Madison, was recognized by the Greater Madison InBusiness Magazine as part of the 2012 class for “40 under 40,” an annual networking event that recognizes forty influential, emerging leaders under the age of 40. The group of leaders was chosen by the publication’s editorial staff.

Lewis’ practice includes labor and employment, school and municipal law, representing public and private sector employers in issues of labor and employment law. Lewis is an active member of several professional organizations including the Legal Association for Women, the Education Law Association, Wisconsin School Attorneys Association and American, State and County Bar Associations.
Outside of work, Lewis dedicated to several Dane county organizations. She is involved with the Theater Grant Advisory Panel for the Dane County Cultural Affairs Commission, Girls on the Run Dane County, Friends of University Theatre and has participated as ‘Principal for a Day,’ a foundation for Madison Public Schools.
She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science, a certificate in Women’s Studies, as well as her law degree.
The 2012 class for “40 under 40” was congratulated during the networking event at the Marriott Hotel on March 7.
