(Green Bay, WI) – Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Wisconsin Box Company by Gary LeMaster of the LeMaster Group, LLC.

Gary LeMaster is an entrepreneur involved in the wood packaging and industrial lumber industry since 1985. Those in the business will recognize his other interests – Oak Creek Pallet Company, MGD Lumber, LeMaster Investments, and Timber Creek Resource – as successful Wisconsin businesses.

Wisconsin Box, formerly owned by Jeff Davis, was founded in 1900. It began as a manufacturer of nailed wooden shipping boxes and crates. In 1921, Wisconsin Box acquired the rights to a process for making wirebound boxes and crates – the main product line.

Wisconsin Box will maintain its current facilities located in Wausau, Wisconsin; Cleveland (Sheboygan), WI; Tonawanda (Buffalo) NY; and Dyer, TN.
