CC&N: Hires director of human resources

Pewaukee (June 1, 2012) – CC&N, Wisconsin’s largest provider of cabling and connectivity solutions with more than 650 clients, has hired Lynnette Fritz of New Berlin as director of human resources. Fritz has more than 20 years of experience and was most recently with the Brookfield law firm of Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik (RSIEH).

As director of human resources at CC&N, Fritz will implement and oversee all HR and workforce management systems, focus on talent acquisition and development and monitor safety and compliance requirements, among other responsibilities.

Fritz holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute, a certification in HR from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in communications/public relations with a minor in human resource management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

While at RSIEH, Fritz built a corporate human resources operation from the ground up. Prior to that, she was director of human resources at Dedicated Computing LLC in Pewaukee. Fritz serves as chairperson of the WCTC Internship Advisory Committee, is a senior manager with Executive Agenda, an executive development group, and is a member of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Society for Human Resource Management association.
