Company helps several businesses ink new leases

(MILWAUKEE) – – – Cassidy Turley Barry announces its involvement in several lease transactions in the Southeast Wisconsin industrial and office markets:

Hanover, Md.-based Aerotek, Inc., a leading provider of technical, professional and industrial staffing services, leased 6,721 square feet of office space at 12000 W. Park Pl., Milwaukee. David L. Barry, CCIM, SIOR of Cassidy Turley Barry represented Aerotek in its search for space, and Anderson Commercial represented the building’s ownership. The company will move from its existing location on Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa, Wis. Aerotek also leased 7,317 square feet of office space at 2514 S. 102nd St., West Allis, Wis. from Westminster Lincoln LLC in a separate transaction brokered by Barry.

Barry also leased 6,780 square feet of space to SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County for Kelliher Commercial LLC at 1416 Poplar Dr., Waukesha, Wis.

Kleen Test Products leased 33,000 square feet of storage space at 5519 W. Woolworth Ave., Milwaukee from Fairview Holdings, Inc. Pete Slezak of Cassidy Turley Barry represented the landlord in the transaction and Brian Parrish of The Dickman Company, Inc. represented the tenant.

In transactions brokered by David Buckley of Cassidy Turley Barry, HW Woodwork Company and Geib Enterprises Ltd. leased spaces at the former Hinterberg Design property at 2805 E. Progress Dr., West Bend, Wis. The property is now 100-percent occupied.

Buckley also represented Metcast Service Tech Resources Inc. in its lease of 9,099 square feet of space at 3064 S. Calhoun Rd., New Berlin, Wis. from 3000-3080 South Calhoun Road LLC.

James M. Young of Cassidy Turley Barry leased 4,700 square feet of flex industrial space at Crossroads Centre, 814 Rose Dr., Hartland, Wis. for Crossroads Investments, LLC.

Young was also involved in transactions in which Allora International Inc. leased 6,300 square feet of space at 1825 Dolphin Dr., Waukesha, Wis. from Koenigs Investments, LLC, and Sharp Packaging Systems leased 24,587 square feet of space at N233W2800 Roundy Cir. W, Pewaukee, Wis. from Midwest Engineering Systems.
