Green Bay, WI – The Bay Area Humane Society is having a Halloween Spooktacular special Wednesday, October 24th through Wednesday, October 31st. Cats and dogs of all ages that have any black or orange (tan) on them will receive 50% off their adoption fee. This special is valid at both the main shelter, and the PetSmart adoption center and is valid with other ongoing specials including $27 pit bulls and $25 kittens.

“’Kitten Season’ is coming to a close but we still have a very full shelter,” explains Kelly Sears, Director of Operations. “Fall is also a very popular time to adopt dogs/puppies so people have time to house train them before the first snow falls. There are so many homeless animals, we’re hoping this sale will encourage people to adopt.”

To make the sale even sweeter, the first 50 people to adopt starting on Oct. 24 will receive a goodie bag with a T-shirt and special discounts.

The mission of the Bay Area Humane Society is to offer the best possible care and future for companion animals in our community through leadership, placement, and outreach. The Bay Area Humane Society is located at 1830 Radisson St, Green Bay, and also has a pet adoption center in PetSmart at 825 Pilgrim Way, Green Bay.
