MADISON, WIS. — James Rubin has been named branch manager for the Associated Bank Madison Varsity branch located at 640 University Ave. Rubin is responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch while directing activities to help maintain and develop business and consumer relationships. Most recently he was an assistant manager, Bank at Work district specialist for Associated. Rubin is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. In his spare time he is the mentor coordinator for Rubin for Kids, a non-profit organization.
