Developers and Designers Will Add to Agency’s Ability to Provide Revolutionary Social Business Solutions
MILWAUKEE (July 11, 2012) – Social business agency 7Summits announces the addition of four new employees, doubling the capabilities of its technical team.

The new hires fill four positions on the technical team:
Brian Poulsen, Front-End Developer: Poulsen brings over 13 years of experience that includes specialties like HTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery, website accessibility standards and usability, XHTML and XML. Helping 7Summits deliver superior website creation, Poulsen has already delivered one major healthcare solution in the social business space and is poised to create more community-based solutions for 7Summits’ growing client base.
Paul Jacobson, Director of Front-End Development: With 13 years of experience in web and interactive design, Jacobson most recently worked at ManpowerGroup. As Director of Front-End Development at 7Summits, Jacobson delivers on the agency’s promise of unique and advanced social business strategy with extensive experience in creative interactive solutions, rich user experiences, simple usability, user-centered design and smart development.
Andre Malske, Senior User Experience Designer: Malske brings 13 years of combined experience in graphic user interface, UX/IA and mobile fields to his projects. At 7Summits, he champions user advocacy to deliver all solutions around user-centered design methodology, while preserving strong brand presence. His strengths include creating compelling, meaningful and pleasurable community experiences that engage target audiences and address business goals.
Tim Mila, Software Engineer: Mila’s previous work implementing solutions across multiple platforms leveraging Java and Microsoft.NET adds to 7Summits’ ability to deliver innovative social business solutions. As a software engineer, Mila develops integrated collaboration and community solutions inside and outside the experience.
