Madison, WI – April 20, 2011 – Andrew Douglas, Chief Investment Officer for the Wealth Management Group of Wisconsin Community Bank has been selected as an economic forecast contributor by Bloomberg Professional Services. This economic indicator survey reports various economic projections, or forecasts, of approximately sixty institutions. The projections include areas such as GDP, CPI, unemployment, interest rates, etc. “We are very proud of Andrew for achieving this accomplishment”, commented Bruce Rehmke, Executive Vice President, Wealth Management Group.

As Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer for the Wealth Management Group of Wisconsin Community Bank and Heartland Financial USA, Inc., Douglas is responsible for determining investment policy and setting investment strategy for Wealth Management client portfolios. He also heads the market and economic research functions for the Wealth Management Group. Andrew received his BS and MBA degrees from the University of Tennessee – Martin and earned his designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2002. He has over ten years of investment management experience and joined the company in 2005.
