Highlights and Updates:

“Green Masters Awards Program” Awards Ceremony

We will recognize the second cohort of Green Master companies during a lunch celebration. These companies scored in the top 20% of all participants in the Green Masters Program. The focus of this program is to support businesses of all sizes from all sectors and anywhere in the state of Wisconsin. The objective is to get businesses on the journey toward sustainability, and to encourage, recognize and reward sustainability progress.

“Small Businesses and Sustainability” Session Update:

We are pleased to welcome Jeff Neubauer, the CEO of Kranz, Inc. Kranz has been a leader in the green cleaning area and has recently expanded into health care, schools, and other institutions where disease prevention is critical. Their green niche has allowed them to be leaders in Wisconsin for their cleaning chemicals and processes.

“Reinventing the Relationship with the DNR: the Green Tier” Session:

The Green Tier program recognizes accomplishments of Wisconsin businesses that are leaders in environmental sustainability. This year, we will be celebrating the success of the program in changing the relationship between the DNR and various businesses in the state. Speakers from 3M, Serigraph and Perlick will discuss how the DNR has promoted and rewarded their businesses for their environmental achievements.
