UW-Milwaukee: Women Leaders Conference this Thursday

The UWM Women Leaders Conference returns, March 31, for a day of inspiring education. Hosted by the School of Continuing Education, the event takes place at the Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee from 8am-1:15pm.

Attendees will learn from accomplished women, discover what inspires them and harness the energy to empower themselves. Highlights of this year’s conference include keynote speaker and UWM alum Beth Pritchard – Alshaya North American Advisor, and former President and CEO of Bath & Body Works and Dean & Deluca.

In addition to the energizing keynote presentation, there will be opportunities to network with colleagues and build beneficial relationships. A variety of educational seminars and panel discussions focus on important topics including Intergenerational Leadership, Women Leaders Across Cultures, Making a Difference and Guys Who Get It.

Attendees are also invited to participate in an enriching encore event following the main program. From 1:30-3pm, the free post-conference session will expand on career development strategies.
