U.S. Cellular: Names Nick Harris as senior field marketing manager for Wisconsin, Iowa and Nebraska

WAUKESHA, WI (December 28, 2011) – U.S. Cellular announced the promotion of Nick Harris to senior field marketing manager for Wisconsin, Iowa and Nebraska.

Based in Waukesha, Harris is responsible for developing and leading a team of associates to successfully execute regional and corporate promotional efforts as well as marketing plans. This is to ensure customers are aware of U.S. Cellular’s latest products and services and unique benefits, including new phones faster without continuously signing contracts. Harris will also lead his field marketing team in initiatives such as tools for associates to help customers select from the best cutting-edge devices and plans to meet their needs.

Along with his family, Harris has relocated from Tulsa, where he served as product marketing manager for U.S. Cellular’s western region. Harris has also accrued marketing and sales experience with roles at MCI WorldCom and Xspedius Communications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis from Newman University in Kansas. Harris has also proudly served in the Army National Guard for eight years, including deployment in Iraq.
