Brookfield, WI – January 5, 2011, – The Oilerie® Brookfield has launched its culinary class schedule for 2011 with 8 classes in January featuring a variety of food selections for a wide range of palates.

January class schedule is:

January 4th – Teriyaki strip steak, stir fry vegetables, island bananas foster

January 6th – Lamb chops with jalapeno mint sauce, muddled herb potatoes, peaches and cake

January 11th – Pork medallions with cider sauce, sautéed greens and beans, angel food tiramisu

January 13th – Wiener schnitzel, green cabbage and carrots, chocolate nachos

January 17th – Mediterranean pasta salad, limoncello-mint lemonade, island bananas foster

January 19th – Drunken pork chops with blackberry zinfandel sauce, baby carrots with mint gremolata, peaches and cake

January 24th – Spiced pork tenderloin with tomato and corn relish, grilled potato planks, angel food tiramisu

January 26th – Tuscan bean pasta with lemon thyme, tomato garlic bread, peaches and cake.

All classes are led by Chef Jeff Masse and his staff, are held at The Oilerie® Brookfield, and run 6:00-8:00 p.m. Classes are priced at $45.
