The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society: Retains John Keckhaver Government Relations and Analysis, LLC for Wisconsin lobbying effort

Madison – The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) reports it has retained lobbyist John Keckhaver to represent them in Wisconsin. LLS is interested in legislative developments impacting blood cancer patients with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and multiple myeloma, their families, and ongoing efforts to find cures for these deadly cancers.

“I’m very happy to be working with those at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as well as those at the Wisconsin Chapter of LLS. Their staff and many volunteers serve patients and their families every day. I look forward to monitoring health care-related developments on their behalf, and to ensuring that policymakers are aware of their input and perspective.”

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services.

“We are excited to be adding to our strong team in Wisconsin. John brings over ten years of legislative policy experience with him,” stated Zina Cary, National Director for State Affairs for LLS. She added, “We all look forward to working with Governor Walker and the legislature to ensure that the needs of cancer patients continue to be heard and that we are all able to continue working toward cures for cancers.”
