The Business Forum recognizes Barb Waters and Tracy Buglass

Madison, WI – September 22, 2011 – The Business Forum (TBF) of Madison is pleased to announce that Barbara Walters and Tracy Buglass are the 2011 recipients of TBF’s Phyllis Broadbent award. She also chaired the 2008 and 2011 ATHENA ® Award program that is the main fund-raising event to provide scholarships for TBF each year.
