Madison office moves, adds space to better serve customers

Effective April 11, 2011, The Boldt Company’s Madison office has moved from 740 Regent Street, Suite 202, across Monona Bay to 660 John Nolen Drive, Suite 120. The move was made due to a need for more space. The new location will help Boldt’s Madison office expand to better serve their public and private customers in science and research, healthcare, power and renewable energy, industrial, higher education and commercial markets.

Boldt has had an office in Madison since 1989. Notable Madison area projects include the Kohl Center, St. Mary’s Hospital, Wisconsin Institutes for Medical Research, UW Welcome Center, Newell Smith Residence Hall, UW Hospital Radiotherapy and the Aldo Leopold Legacy Center in Baraboo, which was the first LEED platinum project in Wis.

Central Place Real Estate of Madison, Wis., owns and manages the new three-story class A office building.
