MADISON, Wis. (May 12, 2011)—TDS Telecommunications Corp. (TDS®) today announces two high-profile executive leadership changes aimed at accelerating growth.

William Megan, executive vice president-Finance and chief financial officer for TDS Telecommunications Corp. has been named to lead TDS’ fast growing Hosted and Managed Services (HMS) operation, which includes TEAM Companies and VISI Incorporated data service centers. TDS will maintain management responsibility for HMS and Mr. Megan will oversee all day-to-day operations. He will maintain responsibility for HMS results and will also lead TDS’ HMS business development activities. His title will be President-HMS Operations, LLC.

Simultaneously, Vicki Villacrez, who currently serves as assistant treasurer for Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. will become TDS Telecommunications Corp.’s vice president-Finance and CFO, on an interim basis. Ms. Villacrez will have direct management responsibility for all accounting, internal controls, revenue assurance, financial planning, and strategic planning functions at TDS.

With these two new assignments, TDS is poised to continue its evolution as an expansive and diversified provider focused on bringing advanced communications services to its commercial and residential customers. Both executives will report directly to Wittwer.
