MADISON, Wis. — Mary Byrd and Renae Stafslien have joined Summit Credit Union as mortgage loan officers, bringing a combined 50 years of experience to the financial’s Sun Prairie locations.
Mary Byrd, who has joined the Sun Prairie branch on 1333 W. Main St., has more than 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Most recently, she worked at M&I Bank in Sun Prairie for 10 years and prior to that she worked at Home Savings Bank in Madison for 10 years.
She is a board member of the Home Buyers Round Table of Dane County, a member of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers and Realtor Association of South Central Wisconsin, as well as the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Madison Chapter. She lives in Sun Prairie with her husband and has two adult children.
Renae Stafslien is located at the Sun Prairie Home Loan Office on 1700 Windsor St. and has more than 23 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining Summit, she worked at several of AnchorBank’s Dane County offices, including five years as branch manager at the Sun Prairie location. Her most recent position was mortgage loan officer at AnchorBank’s Capitol Square and East Towne branches.
Stafslien is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Homebuyers Roundtable of Dane County and Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association. She resides in Sun Prairie with her husband and three children.
