Madison, WI, SEPTEMBER 14, 2011 – Sperry Van Ness, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment brokerage firms, has announced that Jeff Jansen, CCIM, of the Madison, WI office has completed a lease of retail space at 1970 Cayuga St, on the corner of University and the West Beltline, to Hallman Lindsay Quality Paints. Hallman Lindsay Paints is a family-owned company that has been making paint in Dane County for over 55 years. Hallman Lindsay sells directly to businesses and consumers through 24 retail locations in the state, and their paint can be found in Camp Randall, Miller Park, Monona Terrace and thousands of homes across Wisconsin. The Middleton location is the 5th store in the Madison area. “We are excited to be a resource for homeowners and contractors in Middleton,” says Victor Aumann, store manager. Jeff Jansen represented the owner and the tenant.
