It’s not your ordinary ballpark mustard at  Silver Spring Foods, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the world’s largest grower and processor of horseradish. They’ve just  added stone-ground whole grain mustard –with a hint of horseradish -to its growing line of specialty mustards.  

Silver Spring Whole Grain Mustard, packaged in a 9.25 ounce squeezable bottle, is designed to add a “pop” of flavor to many recipes. The “grainy” style mustard is perfect for gourmet sandwiches, wraps and burgers.  It also serves as a great dip for pretzels.  Silver Spring Whole Grain Mustard contains no fat or cholesterol and is certified kosher through Orthodox Union. 

The new product is the twelfth specialty mustard at Silver Spring Foods, which also produces horseradish products and sauces. Silver Spring products are available at grocery stores, nationwide. The family-owned Silver Spring Foods is 82 years old.
