On October 17th, Sara Investment Real Estate (Madison) acquired the Orchard Pointe development in Fitchburg from Ryan Companies US Inc. for $4.71 million. The beautifully designed retail center is located on the corner of McKee Road and Fitchrona Road, within one mile of Sara Investment’s home office. Constructed in 2008, Orchard Pointe consists of 2 adjacent buildings which together contain over 18,000 square feet.
