KENOSHA, Wis. – (April 22, 2011) – Pete Sinsky, chief financial officer of Kenosha-based Riley Construction, has been elected vice president of the Rotary Club of Kenosha West Board of Directors. His term officially begins July 1, 2011 and will include progressive positions to president-elect in 2012 and eventual president for 2013.

Sinsky’s involvement in Rotary goes back to 1997, including serving in various volunteer and committee capacities. His community service activities go deeper within the Kenosha area to include a current board position with the Southeast Wisconsin Council of the Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors and the board of MargaretAnn’s Place – a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the distinctive needs of grieving children. Sinsky also volunteers his time and financial expertise as board treasurer for the Kenosha Country Club and serves on the finance committee for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Southeast Wisconsin.

Sinsky is a graduate of Carthage College, with bachelor’s degrees in business administration and accounting. A licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in Wisconsin and Illinois, he maintains professional memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
