PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. – (August 2, 2011) – Riley Construction was selected by Zilber Property Group to provide construction services for its new 60,000-square-foot Zilber V speculative industrial building in the LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.

Its location provides easy access to I-94, while being sited on the corner of 95th Street and Green Bay Road (STH 31) provides good truck access and great visibility. The facility’s position on the heavily traveled STH 31 delivers a direct link between Kenosha and the growing northern Illinois suburbs of Winthrop Harbor, Zion and Waukegan.

The project is being designed Partners In Design Architects and is slated for completion by January.

Riley Construction is among the premier builders in the LakeView Corporate Park, southeast Wisconsin’s largest business/industrial park, delivering more than two million square feet of new construction there since its inception. This includes facilities for PepsiAmericas, NuCon Corporation, Fair Oaks Farms, IRIS USA, Matthews Paint Company, Volkswagen Group of America and Uline (CenterPoint Properties), as well as the LakeView Advanced Technology Academy and Pleasant Prairie’s RecPlex – the largest municipally-owned recreation facility in the United States.
