Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c.: Named partner in ABA-EPA Best Practices for Office Paper Management

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NOVEMBER 28, 2011

MILWAUKEE – Jerome M. Janzer, CEO of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), announces that the firm has been named a partner in Best Practices for Office Paper Management by the American Bar Association. This designation applies to all six of Reinhart’s offices.

The American Bar Association (ABA), Section of Environment, Energy and Resources (SEER), and the Law Practice Management Section (LPM), in cooperation with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), recently launched the ABA-EPA Law Office Challenge. The Challenge encourages participants to become better environmental and energy stewards by participating in a package of programs specially designed for law offices.

The Best Practices for Office Paper Management, one of the programs within the ABA-EPA Law Office Challenge, demonstrates that the law office has implemented at least two of three best practices pertaining to use of recycled content, recycling of discarded mixed office paper, and adoption of paper-conserving print and copy measures.

Michael H. Simpson, who chairs Reinhart’s Environmental Law Practice, says, “Reinhart has implemented best management practices in each of the three areas of paper management identified in the ABA-EPA Law Office Challenge. We are proud to be participating in this program.”
