MILWAUKEE – Jerome M. Janzer, CEO of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), announces the addition of Kenny W. Hoeschen, an attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Practice. Prior to joining Reinhart, Hoeschen was an associate at a large international law firm, where he practiced in the firm’s Information Technology & Outsourcing, and Privacy, Security & Information Management areas. Before attending law school, Hoeschen spent more than 15 years working in the software and technology industries.
“We continuously look to add attorneys who bring new perspectives and industry experience, so we can better serve our clients and understand their specific needs,” says Jeffery J. Makeever, Reinhart’s IP Practice Chair. “Kenny’s legal insight and insider’s understanding of software and technology businesses will bring value to clients who need help structuring and negotiating technology transactions, and drafting license and service agreements, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud computing, click-wrap and end-user agreements.”
Hoeschen earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and his B.S. in Computer Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
