MILWAUKEE, Wis. (September 15, 2011) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Nicholas O. Anderson has joined the Firm’s Milwaukee office as an associate in the Labor and Employment Group.
Mr. Anderson practices in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. He has experience with non-compete agreements, reductions in force, discrimination litigation, collective bargaining agreements, and compliance with state and federal employment regulations. Mr. Anderson’s broad legal background allows him to provide practical advice to employers and to zealously represent their interests in state and federal court, in arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, he clerked for a federal judge, served four years as an active duty JAG officer, and prosecuted cases as a Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney.
He earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of Washington School of Law and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College. Mr. Anderson is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne and Air Assault Schools.
