MADISON – The Statewide Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Administration (SEERA) today announced that it has contracted with Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. (Shaw) to serve as Program Administrator for Focus on Energy. Shaw was selected following a competitive bid process administered by SEERA in accordance with the requirements of 2005 Wisconsin Act 141.

Focus on Energy works with eligible Wisconsin residents and businesses to install cost-effective energy efficiency and renewable energy projects that help manage rising energy costs, promote in-state economic development, protect the environment and control the state’s growing demand for electricity and natural gas. It is widely recognized as one of the leading energy efficiency and renewable energy programs in the United States.

Shaw is a subsidiary of The Shaw Group, a Fortune 500 company and an international leader in energy management.
