Elm Grove, Wis. – Nextage Progressive Realty has opened in Elm Grove as the first Wisconsin office of Nextage Realty International, one of the nation’s fastest-growing real estate companies.
The Nextage Progressive Realty office is at 850 Elm Grove Road. The new agency promises unmatched customer service through its unique team-oriented structure and parent company’s professional development program for agents.
Though they will work with a single agent, customers at Nextage Progressive Realty have an entire team of agents working for them. Unlike a “traditional” real estate office where agents live from commission to commission, Nextage Progressive Realty uses a shared commission structure that creates steady income. This format eases personal financial concerns for agents and encourages them to work on behalf of every customer, not just those they directly represent.
