MILWAUKEE (March 23, 2011) – Just in time to work off that winter padding and knock out a healthy body for summer, Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp (MABC) has announced its first outdoor four-week sessions, with three locations and a coed option, announced MABC owner, certified boot camp instructor and certified fitness trainer Catherine Andersen.

“If you’re tired of your old routine, sick of the gym, need extra motivation, looking for fun, and love being outdoors, Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp fitness boot camp is calling your name,” said Andersen. “MABC has so much to offer, with a strong nutrition component, personalized coaching support and a program that is flexible to accommodate all fitness levels (not so with most other boot camps). And every day is different – always tough, but never humdrum!”

Following are details about the first spring outdoor sessions:

The Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp program includes resistance training, anaerobic fat-burning bursts, cardio games and drills, core training with elements of yoga and Pilates, functional training (exercises that mimic real life movement) and other cardio- and muscle-strengthening activities. Class is different every day, with no two classes exactly alike, and has the flexibility to meet a range of fitness levels. Each class pushes fitness goals by helping to increase lean muscle, decrease body fat, improve performance and jump start metabolism.

Campers will receive pre- and post-camp evaluations to track their progress as well as consultation about the important nutritional needs that will propel their fat loss and shape- management efforts. If you are looking for something different, effective and FUN; Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp is for you!
