The appointment of Chris Etmanczyk in its Madison office further signals Lee’s swift growth in the region
MADISON, Wis. — Sept. 21, 2011 — In another move signaling Lee & Associates’ rapid growth in the Midwest, the firm appoints Chris Etmanczyk as vice president of Lee’s Madison, Wis., office. Etmanczyk’s appointment is the latest in a string of personnel moves reflecting the expansion of Lee & Associates, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the country.
“This is an exciting period of growth for Lee & Associates, and Chris’ appointment to vice president of the Madison office is a perfect reflection of the times,” said Steve Doran, president of Lee’s Madison office. “His broad experience and ability to work with other brokers continually benefits both the client and our company.”
Etmanczyk joined Lee & Associates in 2010 and has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2005. The Madison native brings a focus to retail transactions and specializes in client site selection and negotiation, having successfully executed several purchase and lease transactions representing both the landlord and tenant.
Etmanczyk is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Madison Commercial Brokers Group. Additionally, he is an ambassador for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce.
The Madison office promotion is the latest in a series of growth moves Lee & Associates is undertaking throughout its Midwest offices. The firm also hired new senior vice presidents Joseph Herron and Jason Sorce in its Chicago office, as well as Robyn Smart as a senior advisor in its Indianapolis office.
