MILWAUKEE (June 22, 2011) – Jason Incorporated, parent company to a global family of manufacturing leaders in the finishing, seating, components and automotive acoustics markets, today announced the addition of Millie Lemajich to its Milwaukee-based corporate human resources team. Lemajich will serve as the company’s benefits manager, a newly created position responsible for overall management of Jason’s benefit programs, including health insurance, life insurance and 401K. She will also lead the company’s wellness initiatives, which are intended to encourage a culture of health and fitness throughout the organization.

Lemajich was most recently a benefits specialist at Quad/Graphics, Inc. and previously served as the director of HR operations at The AYCO Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company. She brings to Jason a depth of experience in developing and implementing benefits programs that serve a variety of populations throughout nationwide organizations.

Lemajich holds an MBA in finance from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University. Additionally, she is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
