Appleton, Wis. – Integrity Insurance has named Andy Ott to role of director of commercial lines.
In this new position, Ott oversees all daily aspects of Integrity’s commercial lines underwriting functions, implements underwriting policy and strategy, as well as monitors profitability along with growth of the department. Field underwriters and loss control reps report directly to Ott.
Ott comes to Integrity from Secura Insurance where he was a commercial lines supervisor after working for three years as a commercial lines underwriter. Before Secura, Ott was a commercial lines underwriter with Society Insurance. Ott brings a strong relationship with current top agency partners to Integrity and has extensive experience working with agencies in Wisconsin and Iowa.

Ott earned his bachelor’s degree in insurance/risk management and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his CPCU designation. He is currently working towards his MBA at UW-Oshkosh.
