Madison– Governor Walker issued the following statement today on the passage of telecommunications legislation with bipartisan support.
“This legislation will update Wisconsin’s regulation of the telephone industry for the broadband age. These reforms will encourage more private sector investment and bring jobs to the state. I commend Senator Zipperer and Representative Honadel for their work on this bipartisan legislation.”
