MILWAUKEE (May 10, 2011) − The Public Policy Forum (PPF) has named Godfrey & Kahn attorney Art Harrington to its Board of Trustees effective immediately.

PPF was established in 1913 and has a well-deserved reputation for providing unbiased, nonpartisan research on many important public policy issues that face government in southeastern Wisconsin. The topics of research include education, economic development and environmental/energy policies.

“I am proud to be apart of such an important, relevant organization,” said Art Harrington, leader of Godfrey & Kahn’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Practice Group. “The unbiased, nonpartisan policy research conducted by the Forum is more important than ever right now, especially given the strident level of debate in Madison and elsewhere.”

With more than 180 lawyers, Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is one of Wisconsin’s leading business law firms. Founded in 1957, Godfrey & Kahn maintains offices in Milwaukee, Madison, Appleton, Green Bay and Waukesha, Wis.; and Washington, DC.
