We are pleased to announce that The Lighthouse Assisted Living Facility in Sun Prairie has recently been purchased and is under new, local management. Rachel Baehr is the new owner and onsite Director of the facility; which is undergoing numerous changes to improve the life of the residents. One of the changes you’ll immediately notice is the name change to Faith Living Center. Faith Living Center is a home that welcomes residents of all walks of life while providing spiritual care, dignity and respect to all that enter. It is their goal to provide a unique yet familiar experiences for their residents while providing excellent care.
Some of the amenities that Faith Living Center can provide are:
* Full time awake staff 24 hours a day
* Full time cook and homemade meals utilizing herbs and vegetables from our garden.
* Engaging activities coordinator; providing recreational activities & opportunities.
* Spacious suites with private shower, cable, wireless internet, microwave, refrigerator and more…
* Registered Nurse on Staff and onsite
Assistive devices such as canes, wheelchairs and walkers are welcome. Faith Living Center is fully handicapped accessible. Memory care and Wandergard are available. Additionally, Faith Living Center participates in and Respite and Hospice Care as well as diabetes support.
Faith Living Center is an assisted living community that can provide for 21 residents. At this juncture we are accepting applications for 3 more residents. At Faith Living Center we will serve those who are elderly or those who are comfortable living with the elderly and are in need of some assistance or supervision with activities of daily living and/or medication management and administration. Our specialty licensure programs include Irreversible Alzheimer’s/Dementia and Advanced Aged individuals.
With our new management and name change we are hosting a COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE on Sunday, September 11 from 2pm to 4pm. This is also the NATIONAL DAY OF SERVICE & REMEMBERANCE. In honor of all those who serve, volunteer, protect and organize, we’d like to thank you. We’ll be offering special performances and opportunities of thanks throughout the open house.
