Express News presents the 2011 Career & Employment Expo set for March 8, 2011 at the Washington County Fair Park, 3000 Pleasant Valley Road (Hwy PV) West Bend, WI 53095. The event will start at 1:30 p.m. and end at 6:30 p.m.
The event will feature employers from a variety of industries. The expo will provide employers the opportunity to meet hundreds of job seekers from Washington, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Dodge and other surrounding counties. Jobseekers will also have the opportunity to meet and have one-on-one contact with perspective employers. “Meeting jobseekers face to face is far more valuable then what you read on a sheet of paper or your computer screen. in a few minutes of talking with prospective candidates we could tell who really knew sales and customer service. It cut our interview and hiring time in half,” said Jeff Jones, General Manager, Hometown Publications.
Participating employers are seeking to fill positions ranging from entry-level to management and they represent industries such as skilled trades, customer service, office administration, sales, food preparation, and more.
