Schuerman previously worked for Westland Insurance in La Crosse as a property and casualty insurance agent, specializing in the hospitality industry.
In her position at Diversified Insurance Services, Schuerman works with growth-oriented, small to middle-market businesses to identify and analyze potential risks, and to create and implement risk management solutions.
Schuerman holds her Property and Casualty insurance licenses in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. In addition, while working in La Crosse, Schuerman helped establish W.O.W. – Women of Worth, a networking group for professional women in the area.
