MADISON, WI — The Madison and Metropolitan Milwaukee based law firm of DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C. today announced that Bradley W. Raaths, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, has been appointed President and Managing Partner effective July 1, 2011. Raaths will succeed Stephen A. DiTullio who has served as the firm’s Managing Partner for almost ten years. DiTullio will continue to be involved in firm management and will serve as the Chairman of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Raaths has been with DeWitt Ross & Stevens for 12 years and has served on its Executive Committee since 2009. His practice is focused on representing business clients in all manners of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity offerings and corporate governance issues. Raaths received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
