Julie has received awards of excellence from The Milwaukee Press Club, Wisconsin Broadcasters Association, Midwest Regional Emmys, The American Red Cross and The Special Needs Adoption Network of Wisconsin.

Feldman said she is looking forward to her new job of marketing the state, “I’m honored to accept this opportunity to work with Gov. Scott Walker, Secretary Klett, the tourism staff, and the state’s travel and hospitality industry to grow the economy, support jobs and position Wisconsin as the premier vacation destination in the Midwest.”

Feldman will join Secretary Klett and Deputy Secretary Dave Fantle in marketing and growing the state’s $12 billion annual tourism economy on Sept. 12.
