A new resource for working parents and a statewide campaign will be kicked-off at an event led by Department of Children and Families Secretary Eloise Anderson. A local parent, on hand to share her own personal story, and community children will join in the celebration.
Among parents, children, child care providers, legislators and community members, Secretary Anderson will share details of a new YoungStar tool to help parents select a child care provider. For the first time, parents will be able to compare the quality of care of providers and help them make the best decisions for their children.
