Davis & Kuelthau, s.c.: Welcomes John T. Domaszek to its litigation team

MILWAUKEE — Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. today announced that John T. Domaszek joined the firm as a litigation associate in its Milwaukee office.

“We are excited to welcome John to the Davis & Kuelthau team,” said Ann M. Rieger, president of Davis & Kuelthau. “His experience in assisting clients throughout litigation will be a great addition to our firm.”

Domaszek has significant experience in the areas of construction, professional liability and business and commercial litigation. He has successfully litigated a number of cases both at the pre-trial stage and through trial. John has also advised numerous clients regarding best practices to avoid litigation, and he has presented on a variety of legal issues to various clients and organizations. Immediately prior to joining Davis & Kuelthau, John was a litigation associate at the Milwaukee office of Crivello Carlson, S.C. In 2009 and 2010, he was named a “Wisconsin Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine.

Domaszek earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona. He has been admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Districts of the Wisconsin Bar and the Northern District of the Illinois Bar (General and Trial Bar). His professional activities include membership in the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Professional Liability Defense Federation. John is also the current treasurer for the Milwaukee Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute and a member of the Village of Elm Grove’s Public Safety Committee.
