Oshkosh—Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce attorneys Steven R. Sorenson and Thomas W. Moniz have joined the firm in its Oshkosh office. Both were formerly with Sorenson Law Office in Ripon.

For more than 30 years, Sorenson has provided counsel on all business-related legal matters, including corporate law, business planning and estate planning. His real estate practice includes land use, zoning and smart growth. As the owner of his own law firm before joining Davis & Kuelthau, he brings creative problem-solving skills and a focus on providing effective and efficient legal services to all of his clients.
Widely known and respected by his peers, Sorenson has served in many capacities with the State Bar of Wisconsin, including terms as Secretary and President, as well as chairing several of the State Bar Standing Committees, including the Finance, Solo and Small Firm, Communications, Convention and Entertainment Committees. He received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
Moniz, also a graduate of Marquette University Law School, helps his clients with general business and real estate transactions as well as estate planning. His experience includes corporate transactions, commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, in addition to leasing and landlord/tenant issues. Moniz’s estate planning practice provides clients with guidance on wills, trusts and succession planning.
